In the year 1976, the founder of the company Mr. M. S. Patel ventured into manufacturing of Crankshaft & Connecting Rod under “GICO” brand for IC Diesel Engine and supplied to Domenstic and Export Markets. After achieving a reputed name & fame as manufacture of quality products, later in 1982 Mr. Patel and his team diversified into manufacturing of sheet metal forming machine like Press Brake, Shearing Machine, Shaping Machine, and Power Press, Lathe Machine under “VIMEX” Brand with conventional design features.
